a little note about me :)

Hi! :) My name is Antonia Gustiasari. 

My school friends usually call me Antonia, but actually most of my family call me Yaya.  I am studying at SMAN 3 Bandung and I’m on my second year now. I live in Bandung with my dad and my little sister. My mom works at another city but she usually comes every weekend. Yeah, at the first time it was a bit hard to live with a not-so-ideal family condition that your whole family only got to see each other once in a week, but fortunately we already got used to this and we can live happily. ^^

I always feel grateful to have such a great parents that always support their children. They always encourage me and my little sister to achieve our dream and be a successful person in the future. Thankfully my parents have never forced me to become like this or that, but they support me to reach my own dream.

Well.. actually until my first year on high school I wasn’t sure about what I wanted to be in the future. It always had been something too abstract for me. I’m not an ambitious person so I’m just a type who always go with the flow. For all this time, my dream has always been: make my family happy and proud of me. But considering that soon I’ll be going to university, so I started to think more specific about my goal in the future. After thinking about it, i think my goal in the future is to be a pharmacist. Why? I have an interest in chemistry and medicine. I love to work in the lab and do a research. I also think that by becoming a pharmacist,  hopefully I can help people who need medicinal treatment to cure their disease.

People say that you need to know yourself as the first step to reach your goal in life. For me, my strength points : I am a person who always be responsible to my tasks, I am a patient person, I am always willing to learn more everyday, I always try to look at the positive side of everything so I can always be thankful of it. For my weaknesses : Until now, I don’t think that I could adapt easily (Call it what? Unsocial? T__T) I need more time to adapt with new environment. Plus, I’m a quiet person too, I don’t talk too much especially to new people. (But, hey! If you have already known me soooo well I could be a talkative person too ^^). My other weakness is that I haven't been able to organize my schedule. Although I always manage to get all my task done but I often procrastinate myself to do it until the deadline is near. I know that I also have many weaknesses, but I always want to improve myself. Well.. it is still in progress but I do hope that one day I would be able to handle my weaknesses.
